REFUND & RETURNS  POLICY

You will need to contact us for a goods return reference number. Returns will not ne accepted without this number even if faulty and even if returning in store in person. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs, these will not be refunded.

Our policy last 14 days. If 14 days have lapsed since your purchase we will not offer you a refund, credit note or exchange. To complete your return we require a receipt of proof of postage. Always obtain your proof of postage as we need this to track your return*

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
  • Items returned within 14 days. 
  • Items in their original packaging with ALL tags still in place.
  • Items must be in their original condition unwashed and unworn.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
  • Headwear including hats & headbands.
  • Discounted or sale items.
  • Special occasion wear are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable
 
* If you send your parcel untracked and it goes missing you will need to put in a claim with your courier to cover the loss. As the purchaser this is entirely your responsibility until the goods are received back to us.
